Dark area: Airachnid is a generally awful person, and it isn't a stretch to say that she has a little darkness in her spark.

Metal Empire: Nothing's colder than killing someone just because you want to. Airachnid is focused on whatever goals she sets for herself, and will obtain them at any cost.

Nightmare soldiers: Airachnid is a vicious killer who cares only about herself. She'll do whatever it takes to survive and come out on top, it doesn't matter who else suffers along the way. She will never do something out of kindness, and she'll never show mercy. Airachnid is evil to her very core.

As a robot, Airachnid is a lovely spider lady with way too many legs. As a human, she’s a lovely lady with dark skin and glowing purple eyes. Even as a human she would keep herself in good condition, always keeping her hair and nails nice and presentable. You’re never going to find Airachnid looking like a lowly street person. Her body structure is slender and agile, similar to someone who spent most of their life doing gymnastics, but there’s no doubt that she’s stronger than she looks. If one wanted to guess her age, they might think that she’s somewhere in her thirties, maybe even late twenties, it’s hard to tell with her.

PERSONALITY:

Airachnid is a girl who loves to have fun, usually at the expense of other people. I don’t mean good wholesome fun either, I mean good ol’ fashioned torture and mutilation. One could say that Airachnid is a lady of simple interests. If it screams, it interests her. This spider-like Decepticon is well-known for her cruelty, which is an accomplishment considering the number of cruel bots within the Decepticon ranks. Airachnid stands out because her level of sadism surpasses all others, and she’s very creative when it comes to dealing with her victims. While Airachnid can fight as well as any other, she prefers to use stealth and deception to snag her prey.

While Airachnid only ever looks out for number one (herself), that doesn’t mean she can’t play nice with others. In fact, her leadership skills were strong enough that Megatron himself left her in charge so he could run off and chase the voices in his head. This might mean less than it sounds, as Megatron isn’t known for making the best and most sane decisions while under the influence of robot drugs. Putting her in charge, as it turned out, was a bit of a bad decision, as Airachnid was all for ditching her lord and master and going elsewhere with the ship and crew. They were all under her command after all, and she kind of liked it that way. Unfortunately, Soundwave had other ideas, and no one messes with Soundwave, not even a badass spider lady.

Now we can’t write about Airachnid and not talk about Arcee as well. Arcee’s stupid human pet blew up Airachnid’s ship for no good reason. All Airachnid was trying to do was capture Jack (said human pet) and turn him into one of her trophies. She had even planned to do it in front of the Autobot for maximum trauma effect. But no, things couldn’t go according to plan, and Airachnid was stranded on Earth with no way to get off. Arcee has a huge grudge against her, which might be fair since Airachnid did torture and kill Arcee’s former partner, Tailgate, in front of her during an interrogation session. Poor girl still hasn’t forgotten apparently. Airachnid loves tormenting Arcee, and longs to capture her and make her her own. At the same time, she does respect Arcee’s skills enough to not engage in battle if she doesn’t have the upper hand. Sadly, Airachnid has the upper hand quite a lot it doesn’t always do her a lot of good when pitted against an enraged Arcee though.

Airachnid loved her collection.

It was full of interesting things, things that she collected herself. As a woman of refined tastes, she only ever collected things that were rare. If they weren’t rare, then she had absolutely no problem with going out of her way and fixing that. Airachnid liked collecting creatures, organics mostly. They had a certain beauty to them, and she enjoyed the pain and helplessness in their eyes when they realized what she was about to do to them. Airachnid wasn’t hasty or impatient though, she wouldn’t kill her prey right away. She’d play with them first, chase them around until they couldn’t run any longer. Then she’d take them into her web and skillfully tortured them.

Oh how they’d scream.

Airachnid tried to push them as far as she could without killing them, it was an art she had perfected during the war. Dead things were nice, but they didn’t give her the same entertainment as living ones. Her victims would beg for her to stop, beg for her to end their lives. Now, Airachnid didn’t appreciate being told what to do, so the ones who begged her to end them usually ended up being left alive longer. They didn’t seem to understand that they were hers the moment they were trapped by her.

At exactly the right moment, she’d kill and preserve them. She liked looking at her collection and seeing their faces, so full of terror. Her trophies were hers, and she worked hard to get them. In fact, she probably liked her trophies more than she liked most people. Everyone else was so caught up in the war, and Airachnid really couldn’t be bothered. It was fun for a while, but even fighting can become monotonous and boring when the same scenarios play out over and over again.

She liked it on her own.
